Troubleshooting connection issues
- Make sure you have an active internet connection before tapping Connect.
- If a connection attempt fails, wait a few seconds and try again.
- Force-quitting and reopening the app clears most connection glitches.
- Still stuck? Message us with your device model and OS version.
Subscriptions & billing
- Subscriptions are managed through your device's App Store or Play Store account.
- To cancel or change your plan, go to your device's subscription settings.
